In his role as the founder and managing director of CareDrive Valuation and Consultancy Company, he primarily focused on delivering thorough valuation reports covering a wide spectrum of assets such as Automotive, machinery, plant, equipment, art, antiques and personal assets. Collaborating closely with one executive director and managing partners. Their collective efforts ensure the provision of high-quality valuation services. The company proudly holds registrations with Leasing Association of Sri Lanka (LASL), Leasing Council of Bankers Sri Lanka (LCBSL), and Insurance Association of Sri Lanka (IASL) these are the main professional organizations in the industry representing Finance Leasing, Banking & Insurance respectively, strategically establishing three branches to cater to the diverse needs of island wide customers. The head office in Colombo specializes in providing tailored services to corporate clients. Simultaneously, Mr. Senaratne holds the esteemed position of Institute of Automotive & Machinery Valuers Lanka president. A trailblazer in setting up and implementing an international standard curriculum for the IAMV diploma in vehicle and machinery valuation, he serves as the course director and lecturer within this program.

The Executive Director, who is also registered valuer of the Leasing Association of Sri Lanka joined in 2010 & Overlooks branch operations. He holds a B.Eng. in Automotive Engineering from the UK, complemented by a PGD in Strategic Management & Leadership. With an Advanced Diploma in Automotive Engineering and memberships in both the Institute of Automotive Valuers Lanka and the Institute of Automotive Engineers of Sri Lanka, their expertise spans the automotive industry. Additionally, he bears the distinguished title of Doctor of Advocacy from India.

Mahinda P Jayasundara is an accomplished Chartered Valuation Surveyor and distinguished RICS Councilor, possessing an impressive array of qualifications. With the prestigious MRICS accreditation from the United Kingdom, alongside Associate Memberships institute of Bankers Sri Lanka and AIPFM (UK), he brings a wealth of expertise to the field. His educational journey includes attaining a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Gloucestershire, and concurrently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate Management and Valuation from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Mr. Anuraj Liyanarachchi possesses over 15 years of extensive experience in the field of valuation, with a specialization in commercial and heavy vehicles. He currently holds the position of overseeing the Kaluthara branch. Mr. Liyanarachchi is a highly qualified individual, having received his education from German Tech, further enhancing his expertise and knowledge in the valuation domain. His tenure in the industry, coupled with his academic background, equips him with a comprehensive understanding of vehicle & machinery valuation processes, making him a valuable asset to our organization.

Mr. Chandana Siriwardana is in charge of managing all agreements, overseeing legal prosecutions, and handling all matters related to the company’s legal affairs.

Over 18 Years Hands on Experience in Automotive Industry. Served for Leading Local & Foreing Companies including DIMO, Ceylinco Insurance Etc. Obtained Technical Qualifications from NITA and undergone several Local & Foreing trainings Joined with CareDrive in 2014 as Technical Engineer.
